As of March 1 2025 Rolfing Structural Integration sessions will be $225 and Somatic Therapy will be $185 This will be the default price when making your booking.
If you need the old rate at this time ($200 for Rolfing/SI & $165 for Somatic Therapy) add SUPPORTED in the ‘What is the reason for your visit?’ section when you make your booking and I will make the change at checkout.
If you have extra and would like to offer support (which helps me continue to offer my work at discounted and sometimes pro bono rates) add COMMUNITY in the ‘What is the reason for your visit?’ section of your booking and a Rolfing session will become $250 & Somatic Therapy $205. I will make the change at checkout.

Rolfing® Structural Integration
Connective tissue (fascial) manipulation and reeducation to address patterns of strain, imbalance, and where things feel 'stuck'. A Ten Series is an excellent way to approach understanding and reorganizing, and how to relate differently to these holding patterns, especially when experiencing chronic pain and discomfort.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy brings together Somatic Experiencing®, Relational Trauma Therapy, and Somatic Resilience and Regulation to support nervous system regulation and the resolution of trauma. By listening to the stories that have imprinted on the body we allow the nervous system to organically move you out of holding patterns and into more presence and empowered embodiment.
These sessions are supportive for physical and emotional shock and developmental trauma.
As some physical tension and chronic holding patterns won't respond to tissue manipulation, Somatic Therapy can be done as stand-alone sessions or as a way to support your Rolfing/Structural Integration process.
